Who is responsible for your data

Blue Performante operates this website and is the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us at info@blue-performante.com.

What we collect and why

When you submit the sponsorship request form we process the name, email address, company name, selected zones and message you provide. We use these solely to answer your enquiry and to discuss a possible collaboration.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by ticking the consent box, together with our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Spam protection

To keep the form usable we record a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address for up to two hours, purely to limit how many submissions can be sent from one source. The hash cannot be reversed into an IP address and is deleted automatically.

Cookies

This site sets one strictly necessary cookie, bp_session, which keeps the form's security token valid while you fill it in. It expires when you close your browser and is not used for analytics, advertising or tracking. No third-party cookies are set, and no fonts, scripts or images are loaded from external servers.

If the email cannot be delivered

If our mail server is unreachable when you submit the form, your enquiry is written to a file on our own server so it is not lost, and we send it on once the fault is fixed. That file holds the same details you typed, is not reachable from the web, and is deleted once the enquiry has been answered.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in our email inbox for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up an earlier discussion. After that they are deleted.

Who else sees it

Your message is delivered to our own mailbox on our hosting provider's mail servers. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to advertising networks.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or a copy in portable form. You may withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing already carried out. Write to info@blue-performante.com.

If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully you may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In Slovenia this is the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
